Electromagnet, Relay Full-automatic Production Line Series：

This model is operated as full-automatic production line providing with the production processes:

automatic feeding-winding-soldering- iron core assembling -test-swinging plate. Integration of

productions in various positions, customize part processes according to the product.

The machine body is made of advanced castings of high quality resin sand, and the base is welded   seamlessly by steel plate, with large bearing capacity, noise and vibration reduction, and increased          stability of the machine. Use the imported rails and screws with high machine positioning accuracy. Each step of spindle assembly has to be subject to the rigorous quality control to achieve higher speed, lower noise, longer life, easy replacement of models with calling appropriate procedures and replacing fixture  only. It can achieve winding and encapsulation integration, saving artificial encapsulation time.

Machine Main Components:

1.Use of Japanese brand motors, imported screws, rails.

2.Use of imported cylinder and solenoid valve.

3.Use of high-performance DSP multi-axis motion controller.

4.Spindles use Japan NSK high-speed bearings, and GATES belt.

Main Features：

1.Spindles in various dimensions use AC servo motors, with fast and accurate axis operating speed and positioning speed to achieve the terminal winding and the terminal winding in vertical and horizontal  directions.

2.Winding replacement: just need to call the programmed procedures in the machine and replace the fixture.

3.Wire residue processing modes: a: Breaking or cutting off by blade; b: The waste wire falls into the waste wire groove.

4.Programming method: Touch screen programming provides human-computer interactive visual education system, to achieve WYSIWYG programming effect.

5.Encapsulation methods: pasting in the left and right, any number of turns set, the insulation tape between layers can be encapsulated.
