Composition of semi-automatic circular inductor winding machine

CATEGORY:Q&A HITS:26 TIME:2024-01-16
The circular inductor coil winding machine is a device that wraps enameled wire onto a magnetic ring. Circular inductors are widely used in various electric motors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, etc., and their application prospects are very broad. Of course, in addition to the circular inductor winding machine, our company also has equipment such as the hollow inductor winding machine transformer bushing, which is widely used in high-voltage coils on electronic igniters and mosquito exterminators, speakers, headphones, microphones, and various welding machines.

The circular inductance coil winding machine consists of three main parts: the head, the fixture, and the base. Unlike the hollow coil winding machine, the head can only be used to wind products with different wire diameters and inner diameters after replacing different specifications of wire storage rings. The hollow coil winding machine does not need to store wires in advance, and the fixture also has a corresponding clamping range.

(1) Wire storage ring, also known as steel ring, is one of the important components on the machine head, used to complete wire storage and winding work; The quality of it directly affects its service life, indirect costs, and the quality of the wound products. The specifications of the storage line ring are generally distinguished by diameter, and when selecting, it is necessary to fully consider the wire diameter and length of the circular inductor, as well as the inner diameter of the magnetic ring.

(2) Support wheels, also known as guide wheels, have different numbers of support wheels for different machine heads, and their materials are directly related to their service life. The supporting wheel directly contacts the wire storage ring. If the contact is too tight, it may damage the wire storage ring. If the contact is loose, the wire winding may not meet the requirements. Therefore, debugging should be carried out according to the actual situation during production.

(3) The lifespan of the fixture roller is related to the wire diameter, size, and material of the product being wound. Some fixture wheels are conical, while others are cylindrical. Some fixture wheels have softer materials, while others have harder materials. These all need to be selected based on the characteristics of the circular inductor.

(4) Other consumable components such as belts, edge sliders, etc.
