Common mode inductors are different from conventional H-shaped inductors and SMT inductors, and have achieved mass production. Inductor manufacturers commonly use three methods for the production of common mode inductors. One is the more conventional manual production method, which requires certain skills and physical fitness of workers, especially for winding products with larger wire diameters; The second method is to use a semi-automatic method, which is manually operated by semi-automatic equipment for winding. This method does not have special requirements for the physical fitness of workers and can be put on duty after simple training. Common mode inductors are wound using a semi-automatic circular winding machine, which does not have a significant advantage in terms of time for some products; The third method is to use fully automatic equipment for production, and our fully automatic wire hooking machine is often used to produce common mode inductors.

The fully automatic magnetic ring winding machine can be used for most magnetic ring inductors on the market, including 340 degree winding, common mode winding, etc. This equipment can automatically load and unload materials, eliminating the need for manual intervention during the winding process, which can improve production efficiency and safely replace manual labor in some magnetic ring and inductor production processes. Of course, the fully automatic wire hooking machine is not very suitable for winding some magnetic ring coils, such as wires that are too thin, wires with a diameter less than 0.6mm, and wires with a diameter range of 0.6-1.8mm are more suitable. For lines that are too long, lines with a length greater than 1600mm are more suitable in the range of 100-1600mm. In addition, the outer diameter range of the applicable magnetic ring is relatively suitable within the range of 15-60mm. It can be wound single or double.
